Dharshan is an Industrial Psychologist and corporate strategist. He specializes in building high-performance advancement teams for R1 institutions and private universities and colleges. Mr. Jayasinghe’s 20 years of experience leading search firms includes working closely with University Presidents, Vice Presidents of Advancement, and Deans. He also provides performance coaching to advancement professionals to drive campaign success.

Shannon has 25 years of experience in leadership recruitment, including recruiting advancement talent who successfully impact university fundraising. She works with Vice Presidents of Advancement and Deans to develop job descriptions that align with University Advancement goals. Mrs. Jayasinghe is a certified performance coach and a certified Hogan behavioral assessment specialist. She conducts assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of advancement professionals and to enhance coaching success.
